Sharon Kim joins Blatteis Realty with over 15 years in the real estate industry. Prior to BRC, having lived in the Bay Area for over 2 decades, Ms. Kim worked in the capacity as a successful residential and mortgage broker before eventually transitioning into her longtime goal of becoming a commercial real estate professional. During the course of her career, Ms. Kim has successfully managed, leased and sold numerous properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, and select parts of Los Angeles. She also assisted her clients in securing credible loans for various shopping center development projects throughout Northern and Southern California.  With her past experiences as a loan consultant and residential broker, Ms. Kim offers her clients a unique set of skills and insight that readily help them achieve their goals. Since joining the firm, she has secured prestigious property management accounts for the company. 

 

Ms. Kim is proud to come from a family of real estate  professionals. She is known for her high level of tenacity, and attention to detail. Ms. Kim primarily services Landlords with their commercial leasing needs and the disposition of their assets.  She also assists a well known roster of active Tenants and Buyers.
